To ensure that your Club Rex party runs smoothly, here are a few things to consider BEFORE booking;

*A close parking spot for our Dinosaur Jeep.  To make unloading and packing up possible, we will require a parking spot as close as possible to the venue.

*An indoor area with a table for our display and enough room for participants to sit in a semi-circle.

*Help to keep an eye on our exhibits while loading or unloading.  This helps us ensure the safety of our pieces and keeps the display a surprise.

*An area for the party to move to while we pack up to leave.  A great idea is to have your presentation and exhibit BEFORE cake and presents.  That way we can remove our items without disturbing the party.

*Payment ready.  This will help keep our Dinosaur guides on time for our next show.  We accept cheques made payable to Pieces of Prehistory.

*Our parties are generally suitable for ages 5 and up.

*A travel fee may apply to locations outside the St.Catharines/Welland/Niagara Falls area.

*We recommend booking as soon as possible for our weekend parties.  Spots fill up fast!  A $50 deposit is required to hold your spot and is refundable up to 2 weeks before your event.

*If you are having your party at an indoor playground, please check ahead of time that our requirements are met.  Due to space limitations, we do not do shows at restaurants.

*If you see a child being disruptive during the party, it is your responsibility to handle him/her.  Our goal is to ensure the birthday boy/girl is having a good time.

*Our parties are designed for 10-15 guests.
